ABOUT

A company you can find. A contract nobody can touch.

Bitcoin RXC exists to test a simple claim: that a currency can have a real, locatable publisher and still leave nobody — including that publisher — with power over the ledger.

Bitcoin RXC (RBTX) is a proof-of-work token deployed on RichX Chain, a sovereign proof-of-authority network running with five-second blocks and near-zero transaction costs. RBTX is not the chain's native coin — it is a contract on top of it, with a hard cap of 21,000,000 units and no way to issue a single unit except by solving work.

It was written by Sutibu Kanemochi and deployed in September 2026. That authorship confers no power. The contract holds no owner role, so there is nothing to hand over, nothing to renounce later, and nothing an attacker could take.

Who is behind it, and what they cannot do

Bitcoin RXC LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with a principal office at 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001-3527, USA. It publishes this site, maintains the mining software and answers correspondence. It holds no key and no privileged function in the contract, so it cannot reverse your transaction, freeze your balance or change the rules — and no support desk anywhere has authority over your keys.

It is not a promise. Nobody guarantees a price, maintains a floor, or commits to buying anything back. The token's value is whatever people trading it decide, or nothing at all.

It is finished software with a company beside it rather than above it. The distinction is the whole point, and the trade is real — bugs cannot be patched, because there is no patch mechanism.

Why RichX Chain

Proof-of-work only democratises anything if submitting your solution is cheap. On networks with meaningful gas costs, small miners lose money confirming their own wins, and mining consolidates into whoever can absorb the fee.

RichX Chain keeps that cost at a fraction of a cent, which is what makes an ordinary phone a viable miner rather than a symbolic one.

Supply history

Supply at genesis was zero and every unit that exists was mined through the public contract. Early mining by the developer, including quantities and holding addresses, is disclosed in full on the disclaimer page.
