1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of bitcoinrxc.com and its subpages. They do not govern the RBTX contract, which runs autonomously on RichX Chain and is not controlled by this website or by anyone operating it.

2. The website is information only

This site describes a smart contract. It does not hold funds, does not execute transactions, does not custody keys and cannot act on your behalf. Live figures shown here are read from a public RPC endpoint and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

3. No relationship is created

Using this site creates no fiduciary, advisory, agency or account relationship. Sending mail to an address listed here does not create a contract or an obligation to act.

4. Accuracy

Reasonable care is taken to keep this site accurate, but no warranty is given that it is correct, complete or current. Where this site and the chain disagree, the chain is authoritative. Verify independently before relying on anything.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure.
  • Do not represent yourself as speaking for, or as authorised by, Bitcoin RXC.
  • Do not use this site to promote RBTX as an investment with expected returns, guaranteed value or a price floor. No such claims are made or endorsed here.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this site or from acquiring, holding, mining, transferring or losing RBTX, including lost keys, mistaken transfers, contract behaviour, market losses or third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

Site copy, design and imagery belong to their author. The contract source and the protocol description may be freely reproduced, studied and reimplemented.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated, with the date above revised. The contract itself cannot be updated by anyone, and no change to these terms alters its behaviour.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Nothing here removes rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your own jurisdiction.
